Product Introduction
Micron nylon filter mesh is made of PA6 or PA66 monofilament yarn in plain weave or twill weave. It has smooth surface, uniform structure and ranges of mesh counts for industrial, medical and other filtration applications
This can have plain weave or double warp structure and can be used in Filtration, Screening, Sifting or Milling applications from the production of filter bags, and screens to being injection moulded as special filter applications.
Nylon filter cloth features the greatest abrasion resistance among the other three frequently used filter fabrics including polypropylene, polyester and cotton. It is often found in filtration applications of abrasive dusts and wet abrasive solids where abrasion resistance plays an important factor.

Mesh Opening is the size or space between threads.The mesh opening is the result of the combination of the mesh count and yarn size.Mesh opening will determine the size or amount of material that will pass through the fabric.
