Damaged Shipment Policy:
Please inspect your Reking shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on both his/her and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. If upon opening the shipment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 15 days of delivery or you will relinquish your right to make a claim.

Reking shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, labor disruptions,shortages, inability to procure product, supplies, energy, or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Reking in the conduct of its business.
Sample Policy:
Reking will provide samples for your testing and inspection. The cost for samples is per piece plus shipping.
The sample sizes are as follows:
stainless steel wire mesh sample: 10*10cm,the biggest size about A4 size.
Polyester and nylon mesh: sample size about 1m legnth to 3m length.
If you need larger pieces of material, please contact us for a quotation.
You can select samples from any of our listed meshes.Expedited UPS shipping is available for an additional charge. our courier normal courier are DHL,TNE,UPS,EMS,SF-Express,or your county special line,we also can accept your courier arrange.
We also supply mesh discs,like the mesh piece(round,square,triangle,annular and so on ,OEM is acceptable).
