Product Description
Specifically designed for hardening water-resistant screens to extend their service life.Serves as a cost-effective alternative to blue-white oil, reducing printing costs. Suitable for use with fine mesh screens.
Application: Extends screen lifespan.
Features: Multiplies screen service life.
Suitable for: All emulsions for water-based inks/discharge paste.
Usage Instructions:
Mix SH·A and SH·B at a 1:1 ratio according to required amount right before use (do not pre-mix in advance to ensure effectiveness).After exposure and development, thoroughly dry the screen. Use a sponge or soft brush to apply the mixed hardener evenly to both sides of the screen. Then, use a vacuum pump or degreased cotton to absorb any excess hardener (especially in the image area) to avoid clogging the mesh.Allow at least 10 minutes for the hardener to be fully absorbed by the screen. Then, dry the screen in an oven (or air-dry) before proceeding to printing.
