Quality is at the core of our manufacturing philosophy. We have established a strict and comprehensive quality control system that covers every stage of production, from raw material selection to final product delivery. All incoming raw materials are carefully inspected and tested to ensure they meet our environmental standards, including RoHS and REACH compliance, as well as specific requirements for silicon and halogen content.
During production, we implement standardized operating procedures supported by advanced equipment such as high-precision casting systems and CNC cutting machines. Each process is closely monitored to maintain consistency, accuracy, and product stability. Our experienced quality control team conducts in-process inspections to promptly identify and eliminate any potential defects.
Before shipment, all products undergo rigorous final testing, including hardness, elasticity, abrasion resistance, and dimensional accuracy for squeegee blades, as well as performance testing for other screen printing materials.
